Write a practical observation
A useful note points to a specific sentence, link or control. Keep it focused on what needs attention and, where possible, what would make the information clearer.
Keep the detail relevant
For a correction, identify the claim and explain the distinction that matters. A source URL can provide context, but it is optional. Use a public source rather than a link to a private account, personal document or record containing sensitive information.
For a broken link, name the link text and the page where it appears. For an accessibility issue, describe the action you were trying to take and the obstacle you encountered. There is no need to disclose a diagnosis or other health information.
Do not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses, payment details or personal health histories in the draft. This tool is for observations about the website, not individual exercise advice, urgent assistance or private correspondence.
Prepare text without submitting it
The tool prepares text on your own device and nothing is sent.
After preparing the draft, you can copy it or request a plain-text download. Reset clears the fields and result. Leaving or reloading the page discards the tool’s working state; your browser may separately offer its own form-restoration features.
Preparing a draft does not contact the site’s administrator. If you independently choose to use the contact email in the footer, your email application handles that separate communication. The tool does not open an email application or attach the draft automatically.
